Treatment and coating of metals

The company is engaged in treatment and coating of metals. It was incorporated in January of 1995. The registered business office of the company is located in Iurreta, Spain. The company offers cathodic electrodeposition or cataphoresis, a fully automated process of painting by immersion, which is based on the movement of charged particles in an electric field (paint) towards an oppositely charged pole (metallic surface to be painted). The main objective of the coating process is to protect the surfaces from corrosion, and its properties make it the ideal treatment for this purpose. This technique also allows areas which are hard to reach, such as recessed areas, piping etc to be painted. The company has its 5,000 m2 facilities of Iurreta. It is part of Grupo Kataforesis, which was founded in 1998 as an initiative by a group of businesspeople from the automotive sector.
